Swimming
The muscle changes quickly 1/18/10
I'm staying in Japan. I have a big meeting for the new project today. I also have another meeting within this week. This is an important week. Tokyo is still very cold. It was warm for the past several years, so it's been a while since being this cold. My face hurts when I walk outside.
I'm happy because there is a pool at the hotel where I'm staying. I get up in the morning and swim so that my surfing muscle won't change when I go back to Hawaii and also to digest the fat I consumed by eating snacks (Love the snacks in Japan!). I swim for approximately 500m in 10 minutes. But that's all I need for my body to be fully awaken.
I can tell that I'm losing my muscle mass I had in some degrees. I can actually see the loss in just one week. The body form is changing every day. 3/4th of the body cells are being replaced within a year according to the reliable book I read. Does that mean only DNA information remains? The structure material of my body mostly has changed in several years by reproducing cells gradually.
I think the wonder is in "the memory".
The complicated information of your five senses such as textual sense, taste, smell, etc.. interlock with the feelings and remains in yourmind without vaporizing. The atomic element which constructs the body are being completly replaced, then it stays as a memory only in the structure of the DNA which reorganizes as a cell. I sensuously think it's lack of capacity,
I feel that there is an another big element which is something like "the energy place", not nesseary to say "the life", and that changes by experience and "the place" influence on the electron pulse inside the head. The mechanism such as the aspect of "the place" and DNA information are multiplied together and bears a variation of a memory near infinity....
Ooops, I'm meditating again (^^;
I should go to the office. Work is waiting for me. It's currently a crucial time.
