The mind rules the body 　　2/22/10

I found an interesting rainbow off to the side when I was taking a picture of the morning sun. When I look closely, seems like its only raining at that location. It looked like "the cut off rainbow" was being sucked into the cloud.

I've only been taking pictures of the sky and Legos..., but there is nothing I can do right now. I'm not allowed to go out because of my injury. I'm going to the hospital for a check up tomorrow and if the results are good, I should be okay. I guess it takes about 1 to 2 weeks for my fracture part to heal. Recently, I have been eating small fish and dairy products so that my fracture will heal faster. But I heard that eating such nutrition is not so effective when you are in your forties. But, still it's good. It's "the mind ruling the body". In other words, "the mind also rules the health".


P.S.
When I googled it, the word "mind" in "the mind rules the body" seems to mean as the component of the whole creation of Chinese philosophy. That means "When I couldn't correspond to it and contrary to the law of mind changing the whole creation, then sickness occurs".

If that's correct, "I just have to follow the law of the mind to stay in good spirits"...and I have to fully understand "what is law of the whole creation?" ...yes, yes. I see... but wait a minute. I will never get better if I'm thinking too deep. All and all, I think I'm going to go with "the mind" equals "feelings". (^_^;
