Sophisticated Graffiti on a Street Corner 　　2009.10.15

I found a painted sign on the sidewalk during my walk with skip. I found two of the same sign at two locations. I wonder if anyone spray painted through the stencil? I found the similar one all over Paris. There were an angels painted and also Invader and Pac-Man embedded on the wall at a street corner. I wonder who made these and for what purpose? Is it just a mischief? But if it is, it looks pretty sophisticated. I could even taste the art sense from them. I’d say they are sophisticated graffiti, maybe...

I’m thinking it means “Protect our Ocean".
